The allocation of the funds will be determine based on the loan option you have selected.
We have two options for help you get the funding you need.
Option 1:
First, you need funding. We’ve got you covered! Our top-notch 3rd party alternative financing team will help you secure the funding you need. Traditional funding paths no longer work, but this does. If you have decent credit and verifiable income, we can likely get you funded. The best part is they can get you an answer to funding and how much within 3-minutes and then will personally meet with you to make sure you are taken well care of.
Option 2:
If you prefer to make your payments yourself, then Option 1 is all you need. But if you want Burns to handle the payments, here’s how it works: Upon funding with Option 1, you pay the banking fees. Then, you split the remaining funding 50/50. You keep 50% for your use and send the other 50% to Burns Funding. We invest this in existing passive incomes owned by Peter J. Burns III and Burns Funding. The income from these assets is used to make your loan payments. Peter J. Burns III and Burns Funding sign a contract with you and become the legal guarantors of the loans. Once the loans are paid off in full (100%) by Burns Funding, the lines of credit are turned over to you. You can reuse the funding, close the accounts, or go again with Burns Funding.
